Free Shipping Terms:
Free shipping applies only to USA and India.
In other countries, shipping cost will be based on the product weight and delivery location.

Chargeback / Refunds:
No claim for refund, return or exchange of fee will be entertained for custom stitch product related services. In case of multiple payments for the same ARN, for custom stitch product related services including miscellaneous services, the claims for refund will not be approved.

We majorly deal in Fast moving goods, in which stock gets updated on regular intervals. In case you place an order and if the product is out of stock your entire amount will be refunded back to you without any deductions on immediate basis.
