Return Policy

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our Key motto. We want you to be joyful each and every time you buy from us. However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms will apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation. We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy.

Below is the Return Policy for your Perusal.


An order placed cannot be cancelled. However we will try to cancel the order if possible, but cannot guarantee it.

Never return an item without informing us. It’s very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us. No credit or replacement shall be given on such items which have been returned back without informing Us.

Freight cost for sending shipments back to India will be in the scope of the Customer.

Please return within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition (please, ensure the product is not damaged, washed, used or altered). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice that you might have received with the shipment. 

Please create a complete Video of the material received before opening the parcel. Please ensure the video covers all details of the parcel. If the material is delivered in Damaged condition to you then we will accept the return of the material. 

We will examine the garment you return, figure out what went wrong, and take corrective actions.

As safe delivery of our material is our prime responsibility, in the same way, sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered to us, we will not be able to support you. So make sure to send thru reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us.

Please mark the items as defective order returns.

Chargeback / Refunds:

No claim for refund, return or exchange of fee will be entertained for custom stitch product related services. In case of multiple payments for the same ARN, for custom stitch product related services including miscellaneous services, the claims for refund will not be entitled. In case the material is received by you in damaged condition, only then we will give refund. There should be a video supporting your claim on this. 

Be extra cautious when accepting parcel from courier:

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. If shipments put are put on hold by customs, customs clearance will be in the scope of the customer\Receiver.

International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.

If shipments put are put on hold by customs, customs clearance and customs duty will be in the scope of the customer\Receiver. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.

In case if you do not like the product which you received from stylesandhomes.com, please leave a message via an email to svcreations.shopping@gmail.com. We cannot assure full replacement of all the items, few items are handmade and manufactured upon order. 

Customer need to first contact us before returning any product. If you will return the products before informing us, then we will not provide any refund.

In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund the money or we may replace the product without additional charges.

Once dispatching the order, if order / product will return to because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds. Time taken to ship orders, that have been mentioned on our website, against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for the unfulfilled part of the order.

If the Item that you have ordered is found as out of stock after receiving the order, we will refund the entire cost to you or you may ask for a replacement.

  • Customer need to pay the shipping cost while returning the products.
    • We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
    • We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
    • At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
    • Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there is any fault from our end.

• For any claim please remember to create a video as a support for your claim.
• Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of receipt of the products.
